1. Where does my order ship from? 
All orders ship from California, USA. 
2. How long does shipping take? 
Packages ship within 2-12 business days after order has been placed, plus transit time. 
Please note international orders may suffer severe delays due to customs. Unfortunately this is completely out of our hands. International orders do not have a tracking number, only a customs ID number. Should you require tracking number, please contact us for a quote. 
3. What is your return policy? 
Stella offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note there is a restocking fee of $15 dlls that will be deducted from your refund. 
Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Stella reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. 
Please note that any lost/stolen packages that do not arrive to our facility are not our responsibility, and therefore we will not be able to refund/exchange. 
4. How do I return/exchange an item?

5. How do I care for my garments? 
We strongly recommend dry clean only. 
6. Do you mass produce your clothing? 
No, we have a studio in San Diego, CA where we hand make everything as we receive your orders. 
7. Do you have a phone number for customer support?
